1. A bachelor degree or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of six years of experience with the following:
   • Working for telco or government agencies
   • Perform UAT session with clients
   • Testing techniques to include functional, regression, sanity/smoke, and system testing
   • Creating test strategies and test case development
   • Planning and coordinating test activities
   • Test case development and defect resolution
   • Test tools – defect tracking or test management tools
3. Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
4. Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
5. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical skills
6. Result and customer-oriented
7. Strong time, interpersonal and people skills
8. Ability to operated comfortably in a multi-task / multi priority environment across a global team
9. Possess Testing certificate – CTFL/CPRE/CTAL/TMMi Professional
10. Past experience as programmer or system analyst is an added advantage

1. Perform static testing or document review to identify gaps in the requirements document
2. Provide technical expertise in the area of test design, test creation and test execution
3. Design, create and prioritise test procedures from Requirements document
4. Execute test cases and produce clear defects log and report
5. Send test report and highlight any issues found to the QA Lead
6. Assist UAT session with users and clients
7. Help and promote the implementation of best practice across the QA team
8. Help the team to improve efficiency in their day-to-day activities
9. Carry effective communication with all stakeholders
